+ -1 moreThey had to order the evaporator coil from Tennessee, so they added in refrigerant to make sure my AC does not go out and they didn't even charge me! They came out while I was at work, and even left a note on my door that they were there and to call 24/7 if I had any issues. They didn't charge for the visit or anything! As soon as the coil came in Monday, they installed it the next day. Kenny McHenry also did follow-up calls to make sure everything was running smoothly. I think that's really nice, honest, and courteous and I would recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: My evaporator coil went out in my AC.

+ -1 moreThe workers were very good. Their price was reasonable. Their quality was very good. Their responsiveness and punctuality was good. They were on time. Their professionalism was very good as well.
Description of Work: I used Cool Breeze Heating & Cooling for servicing and tuning up of my units. They also replaced the switch outside.
