Amazing experience with the Blue Bear team in the recent installation of our HVAC system. From the early decision of whether to replace our old unit, or install a new unit, we were confident of the knowledge and trustworthiness of the service technician Andy. Upon arrival of the crew of installing â mighty men.â Which indeed they were, the job was completed professionally quickly, and all were very friendly and courteous. I canâ t say enough about how well prepared they were. Thank you, Clayton, Jacari, and Sandy. Kudos to their bosses, Brandon and Mike!! You have wonderful employees and that doesnâ t happen often enough. Thank you also for providing us with a generous offer which saved us a lot of dollars. Super helpful and fair! I was having issues where my AC wasnâ t running correctly and I called them. They dispatched a tech who was able to troubleshoot my issue and it actually ended up just being a programming issue with the thermostat that they were able to resolve very easily. I donâ t even think they charged me for it tbh. They just wanted to help. Was very refreshing dealing with a company like this.

In this heat wave, Josh and his team was very professional and hard workers. Installing a/C unit in the attic that was about 140! There was no complaining. They did amazing job. They need a raise in pay! For 140 degrees this is dangerous work for anyone. Thank you Josh and his team!!!

Searching for a reliable company to install a new AC for my son. Blue Bear was one of many to contact me. Spoke directly with the owner Mike. With a newborn and hot humid days this needed to be done. Because of the need to get this done Mike requested a couple pictures and gave us a reasonable estimate and the ability to do it the next morning. He held study with his pricing. Crew sent and they did an excellent clean job. Communication, work and price never wavered. So far the experience has been top notch with customer service being a priority. Thanks again.
