As a burglar had tried unsuccessfully to break into my home through a back bedroom window but managed to mangle the window frame, I immediately went to Angie's List to find someone to fix it and found Carbonneau's. They were very punctual, professional, and repaired it to my satisfaction. I would recommend their services.

Purchased deal through Angie's List for $120 to replace rollers on sliding glass door. Scott contacted my tenant and scheduled time to perform job. Everything went perfect, very professional and knowledgeable about service. Even replaced lock that I was not aware was broken at no charge. Will be using this company for all my future repair needs that they perform.

I spoke with Scott who confirmed the appointment and was very professional. I also asked if his company repaired windows and he confirmed that they also offer that type of service. He arrived on-time on April 27th and performed additional repairs outside the scope of the original sliding door special of $120.00. After repairing the sliding glass door, the door continued to make a grinding noise when it was opened. He suggested inserting a new stainless steel track which worked like a charm! I am very pleased with Scott and Carbonneaus Home Repair. He was honest and gave me a fair price to replace the balance rods on 2 single hung windows in the home so I asked him to go ahead and repair the windows while he was at the house. I would definitely call upon this company in the future and I would absolutely give them an "A" for the services rendered.

Before they arrived, the handle to the door was broken and the ball bearings were rusted so the door wouldn't slide. Scott arrived on time and did quality quick work. I was so impressed that I purchased additional services from him. Thank you Angie's List

Workmanship is great. They are punctual and professional. Did all services as promised and cleaned up very well when completed. Carbonneau's also installed a window in a bathroom for me approximately 2 months prior and did a great job with that as well. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone who asked.

I am selling my home and a home inspector said she was putting on the report that the windows needed to be replaced. This company came out and repaired the windows. Services were provided the day after I called. professional, honest people

Technician was very knowledgeable and expert in fixing windows at a very good price.

Scott came to fix the old windows. He made the inspection and told me that the windows were not repairable. That he could charge me a fee for a temporary fix but that I needed new windows. Whether I got them from him or not didn't matter. He said that I should wait until I could afford new windows. In the mean time, a leak sprung in an adjacent wall and I said I didn't know where to begin to fix that problem and he made some recommendations to alleviate that problem. He was so helpful and I didn't give him my business. As soon as I could afford the windows I will call Charbonneau's to replace the windows. He is Honest and sincere.

Scott Meier provided us an estimate to install impact glass windows in our home. He’d done work for us in the past that we were extremely satisfied with. My wife and I eventually decided on another form of window protection and therefore, did not use his services this time.

It went extremely well - from the moment I called for urgent service to when the owner arrived to repair the window. He had to take it out of the frame to repair it in the shop and w as to return at night to reinstall it. It was picked up at 11am and I received a call at 3pm to say it was ready. The window was all repaired by 3:30. I will definitely use them again.
