 + 0 moreI don't really think highly of them but what I can say is that they're affordable. The way that their cable works is really frustrating. If you want to look up something or if you want to search for a program, you have to scroll to this weird place to search it. You have to type in the first letter and you have to scroll through all the programs in that letter in alphabetical order. About 50% of the time, it's not there. Their internet will go up and down. There's no contract.

 + 1 moreIt is a local provider. The only thing about Wow is that, when you turn in Wow, the Wow will suppress. I changed from them a year ago. I wasn't getting any premium channels and price was getting up all the time.

 + -1 moreI switched to WOW in Sept 2013, and still happy with this company. I tried the old Knology, DISH, DIRECT TV, and Comcast. WOW is superb is price and quality. No contract, and no hidden fees. I had a DVR go bad, and it was a breeze to swap out.

 + -1 moreI contacted a local representative. She answered all my questions, and set up the date for install. The technician was actually early, which was nice. He was very friendly, and the installation was a breeze. I have had zero problems. I switched from Comcast. WOW even gives you a free battery for your telephony modem. Comcast will charge you $30. The cost for cable box rental, and modem rental is cheaper than Comcast. They even did the install at no charge. And....no contract!!! (:

Description of Work: I was just connected to the internet and with my phone set up through Knology. I paid the first month's fee and the $29.95 start up fee today. My monthly bill will be apx. $85 because I am leasing a modem and have chosen their mid-speed. The two techs had to run a new line to the home because the previous owner has never used them before and they set up my phone and internet within 2 hours. I am grading their performance based on today's experience. If they continue this great quality, I look to be a happy customer! :)
