The repair was satisfactory and the response time was excellent. I would have considered bid for total repair but company not on preferred list of insurance company.

Wilson's Roofing of Bay County did the job for us about a week ago. It is really prompt service, they had lots of people here and got it done in one day. They picked up after themselves, they really did a good job.

The ridge vent did meet the minimum code requirements but failed to provide adequate ventilation. One ridge vent was 32 feet long but only had a 7 foot cut on one side of the cut vs both sides being cut on the full length of the ridge vent. The other ridge vent had a 3 foot cut on one side for 20 feet. Contacted two roofing companies to resolve the problem. Both companies stated they could not believe Wilson did such a poor job. I have pictures of the work performed. Hired a company that did the ridge vent right the first time. Sorry I every heard of Wilson's Roofing of Bay County. Strongly would never recommend them for a roofing job.

Brandon was here within an hour of our call for a quote on 1/23. He gave us an estimate on the spot which included everything. There would be no hidden costs. Compared to other quotes we had received, we were satisfied to pay a little more and have everything covered and spelled out. He had the contract with him which we signed and gave him a partial payment to begin the work the following week as weather permitted. He called the day before the work would be done and said he would be here between 7 and 7:15 AM. At 7AM sharp he and his crew of 17 arrived. In 10 minutes they had several ladders up and began taking off the old roof. The job was completed by 3PM. The shingles are 25 year ones and the workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years. Brandon told us if we have any problem, just to call and he would be here within an hour. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Brandon and his crew. They worked well together as a team and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the area very well. This was a labor intense job given that our house is on stilts with a steep pitch roof. I would highly recommend Brandon and his crew.

They did a very good job. I would absolutely use them again.
