Our cleaning expert will customize a solution for your home and it's specific needs. We know that your time and money is very valuable and will not take advantage of that. Rates are based on the amount of work there is to do, not just square footage. We will come to your home for a free estimate before a price is set. Every customer will get a detailed summary of work to be done in their home and the cost involved. Our clients may choose to do our top to bottom initial cleaning where we start at the top and work our way down...getting everything in between. We will then maintain that cleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule depending on your individual needs, leaving your home "In Excellence" each time.
The best part is that we use only all natural, non-toxic cleaning products and we do not use any paper products which is better for everyone!
We even leave the white glove behind so that you can do your very own white glove test.
Description of Work: I volunteered to host a large party for a group of people. On Monday AM, I received a gift of a free whole house cleaning - from top to bottom- from White Glove Boutique. I had expected them to primarily clean areas missed from my clean up on Sun since this was to assist in the after party Cleaning. WOW! what a pleasant surprise! Vanessa & her crew of 4 arrived @exactly 9 am and continued to clean every nook & cranny throughout my home until 8 pm that evening. (With appropriate breaks of course) Vents, baseboards, cabinets, walls, light fixtures, blinds, window casings, stairs, sheets, etc. She asked if I could have anything cleaned, what would that be? I said the Master walk in closet. Vanessa then told one of her girls to take out every single item in the closet and clean, vacuum and dust the closet. They then unfolded and refolded every article of clothing and placed back in. My house is only 4 years old. I have had someone coming in weekly to clean my house since it was built to keep it " new" and Clean so dust & grime wouldn't slowly build up. One of the crew spent several hours just in the kitchen on the cabinets, doors, stove, oven, etc. Not a speck of any hidden anything after that! Therefore, i didn't think it was " dirty" but the difference in Freshness was amazing! My entire home had this perceptible air of clean! Because of the immaculate results; I immediately got on the website of the group that I volunteered to host the party for as well as my Facebook page and recommended that everyone give White Glove Boutique a try. A friend that saw my FB page utilized White Glove Boutique and reminded me that I needed to let the Angie List members know of my experience.

Overall the cleaning went well. I did have to push some of the furniture back after they left because they forgot to reposition after vacuuming, but it wasn't a big deal. I plan on using White Glove in the future for monthly cleanings now that the major cleaning has been done.
Description of Work: Vanessa and crew did a one time "deep clean" of my home. She brought a crew of 7 and they cleaned from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm. (This surprised me, since I have a fairly clean home. Vanessa did say the process took a little longer than expected due to the fact that she was training some new workers.) Each person had a different task and much detail was given to my home. All baseboards were cleaned and walls were scrubbed where needed. Ceiling fans were cleaned and my favorite thing was that all of my wooden blinds were cleaned. I noticed the blinds were cleaned thoroughly, not just wiping down while blind was in each direction. Sheets were washed, showers and fixtures scrubbed and artificial plants were dusted. They also spent some time on my kitchen table which has white marks on it from hot foods. It looks much better and Vanessa says she will continue to pay attention to the table on future visits. The crew did an amazing job pulling all furniture out to vacuum behind the pieces and used special attachments to get the area near baseboards. Lot's and lots of detail which may take you a couple of days to discover.

We are in bliss! White Glove Boutique has been cleaning our house every other week for about three months now. The first cleaning was a thorough cleaning - pretty much top to bottom of the house, so they can then do routine maintenance to keep it looking great! Yes, that initial cleaning will take a long time because when was the last time you really cleaned your stove or got all the calcium build-up off the faucets or cleaned your blinds? For us, it had been quite some time. For routine bi-weekly cleanings, not only do they do all the basics when anyone would think of having someone clean their house, but there are all these extra touches that happen. Just today, I came home to a load of clothes washed for us. Now remember, they had already washed all our sheets and towels, made our beds, folded the towels and put them away. This was just an extra load of laundry they did for us. What a nice touch!! Also this time, they oiled our table where the heat from eating from paper plates over time had caused the table to become white in certain areas. It looks brand new now!! And these were just things they did this time! I'm always pleasantly surprised by the little, extra touches - they straighten up our stuff and make it look like one of those model homes. They have skills! Sometimes they run a bit late, but that's because they are perfectionists. Vanessa wants you to be thrilled, and if that means she will spend a bit more time making that happen, she will. We absolutely love coming home to our completely clean house - it smells wonderful, looks incredible - and we are thrilled to have White Glove Boutique as our housekeeping service. And they are a green company! No toxic fumes to deal with!
Description of Work: Housekeeping including vacuuming whole house and furniture, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, washing/drying/folding sheets and towels, polishing, and even some interior design with how they straighten some of the things laying around.

Description of Work: This is in response to White Glove's response to our original report. If you would like to see the e-mails that were exchanged between my wife, Miss Lammers and myself, feel free to send me an e-mail and I will be more than happy to forward you a copy of the e-mails. As far as issues she brought up about us leaving, our son was still at home, that is how we knew what she was and was not doing. Did she fire us? You can read the e-mails and see for yourself. If you want your personal issues to be discussed with other clients, please feel free to hire Miss Lammers and I am sure that she will let you know how many other clients that she has fired and why. I'm sure that she will not remember conversations, reasons why she cannot return the next day, like it is too far for her to drive, etc. and will probably forget about her white glove guarantee. Since all of this went down, Miss Lammers called my wife on March 28, 2011 at 3:02 p.m. to discuss my report, and it was not really a discussion, she called her to let her know that I had submitted a report on her and that she could have done some things better and some things on the report were not true, bottom line is, yes everything that was put on the original report are true.

On first visit Vanessa showed up over an hour late, she was here about 10 hours. She took numerous smoke and telephone breaks. She cleaned the house and left a white glove for us to inspect the house and if the glove did not come up white we were to call her and she would come back. She cleaned the master bedroom ceiling fan but not the top of it, she did not clean the ceiling fan in the living room at all. She did not clean the blinds in the master bedroom. We called her because there were a few other things that were missed, she told us that she would get them on her next visit. (Not coming back the next day as promised by her guarantee to my wife). She arrive for our second cleaning LATE again, there were other issues with scheduling that she had told us one thing on the phone and by the time she got to our home, the answer was different. She was at our home for about four hours, again her cell phone rang and rang an rang and again she took several smoke breaks so it is really hard to tell the exact amount of time she spent cleaning our home during the 4 hours. Again, when we got home, she had not cleaned the blinds in our master bedroom, she had not cleaned either of our ceiling fans (AGAIN) there were base boards that had not been cleaned, the mirrors in both bathrooms were streaked as well as the glass on the entertainment center, she had not dusted any furniture in our game room and the pictures all had dust on them. She had not wiped down the front of the appliances nor did she clean the inside of the microwave. I sent her an email and her response was she did not clean all that stuff every time she came she only cleaned what was important to her and if we wanted something done we should have told her. Bottom line is that she was told after her last visit and she told us she would make sure she got it on her next visit. I also told her that she was on the phone too much and it kept ringing and she would stop to answer it. Her response was that she is a mother, (she is a mother to a 16 year old boy that does not even live with her ( he lives with his step dad), but she would not leave her phone in her car as requested. I referred to her website that listed the standard services she performed on each visit. She again replied that not all standard services are performed each visit (She revised her website and posted a new site less than a week after her last visit to our home stating that she does not do everything on each visit). She was paid $400.00 for her first visit $350.00 for an entire house cleaning and a $50.00 tip because my wife thought that she would do a great job since she had met her at a local business women's meeting and then $150.00 for her second visit. We had to leave both times that she was here to take care of other business issues, and boy that was a big mistake. She told my wife that she had to pay her in cash for the first visit (which she did) and that we could pay by check starting with the second visit, which I paid her $150.00 for the visit prior to us having to leave for a business meeting but I did not leave her a tip with this payment since I felt that I was paying for a service that she was supposed to have done the first time but did not and I was now paying for the service to be done a second time even though she did not do it again. She sure did cash the check quickly, before I could put a stop payment on it, she never even offered to come back out and clean the areas that she missed. I told my wife to get rid of her and to hire someone else to clean our home. Vanessa never came back, never apologized for her lack of professionalism, or lack of effort in cleaning our home. In this day and age of economic struggles, it blows me away thinking that here is another company that promises more than it delivers and does not stand behind their word. I told Ms Lammers that if I was paying $50.00 per hour for someone, I expected to get $50 hour worth of work. Needless to say that because of all of this Ms. Lammers sent us an email stating that she would not be able to clean our home anymore, never offered to come take care of the items she missed or to refund any of our money. I will never recommend her to anyone and would want future customers to check her out extensively. She told my wife several times in person and on the phone about clients that she had to fire, what really happened, is probably the same thing that she did to us, delivered less than she promised and was on the verge of being fired, so she fired them as she stated.
Description of Work: Complete housecleaning on first visit and regular basic cleaning on the second visit.

To whomever is reading this I will have to apologize that you had to hear something so awful about White Glove Boutique. If you would like to read many wonderful things about us you can go to our Facebook page as well as our website. Our response would be that what was stated in this report is not true. The customer was very satisfied with the first time cleaning and was looking forward to the next regular cleaning. I was never told of anything I missed. I explained in the estimate that the regular cleanings are not a "top to bottom" as not everything needs cleaned again, which keeps the costs down. It will be cleaned on a schedule to keep all areas of the home in "excellence". The Game room is a pool table with boxes and boxes piled on top and all along the walls. I could not get to furniture and was told by the wife not to move the boxes as they are too heavy. The payment, including the tip, was given after the cleaning and complete walk through...both times. Paying in cash was the customers choice, not a requirement, and the deposit was waivered by me due to our relationship at the networking meeting. And...if they had to leave (which they did) during my entire cleaning, how would they even know how many breaks or calls that I allegedly had? Just a thought. In later conversations with the member and his wife, I discovered that there were some miscommunications between them regarding cost and time frame of services and may be the cause of this report. (The average time frame for first time cleanings is 15 man hours.) This customer did not want any of my employees in her home since she knew me personally so it did take quite a long time although $350.00 X 11 hours does not compute to $50/hr. As for commenting on my relationship with my son, this member heard from his wife that my son is staying with his father for the school year due to the schools academic opportunities and this does not change the fact that I am still his mother and will always answer when my son calls. That now 17 year old boy is working toward college with a 3.9 GPA in all AP classes at his new school. Question: Based on this report, did they "fire" me or did I "fire" them? White Glove Boutique has a wonderful reputation outside of this report and would love to provide as many references that you could ever want.
