One star is being generous in this review. This company came to give me a 15.5k quote for a total re-wire. There was zero communication between Jacob and his boss about the acceptance of this job. The pure lack of communication, no response to texts or answering voicemails is very disturbing. When the company did not start the job on Monday the 4th of March, it took more than 24 hours before I could get a response from the owner. After a conversation, the owner, agreed that they would start the 7th of March. I texted him that I would be by to get the NOC agreement the same day. They never showed up, never called or tried to even communicate. Once I finally got a text response the owner tells me that he cannot perform the work. This leaves me scrambling for a new electrician 8 days prior to closing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED RELIABLE SERVICE.. One vet to another vet on a veteran owned company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...
