I called Telford Electric one morning and they were there in less than 2 hours. Very knowledgeable and a fair company. Their employees are very professional and kind. I will hire them again! I was definitely impressed!

One day in and out was all business everthing went really well

We called Telford Reynolds Electric to learn about whole house generators after Hurricane Michael destroyed most of the Florida Panhandle in October 2018. Even though Mr. Reynoldsâ  office and home were damaged after the hurricane he still provided service to his customers. One of his satisfied customers recommended him to us and we are glad they did. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood all our options and then gave us firm prices based on our choices. His men came when scheduled and acted professional during the entire process. Our 22 KW Generac Generator was installed in early February 2019 and has worked perfectly since. We will recommend Reynolds Electric to anyone asking our opinion. We found them to be honest, reliable and professional.

I called and they were very helpful and got me scheduled as fast as possible. The technician also called when he arrived at my home and fixed me meter and weatherhead very quickly. Friendly staff and happy with service i received.

I called Telford Reynolds Electric, Inc. The receptionist was courteous and eager to help me even though it was last minute. After 10 minutes she had someone in route to my house. Remember that these people are working overtime after Hurricane Michael. The receptionist sent two wonderful young men to reconnect my Electric power to my home. They where extremely Professional and Courteous, which put me a worry bunny at ease. Now let me me tell you about BRENNEN and JUSTIN. THEY WORK TOGETHER, THEY COMPLEMENT THE COMPANY. This company was up and running as soon as possible after Hurricane Michael hit the Florida panhandle. Working from their vehicles, homes and with very limited cell service they answered the call. Up front about cost and charges and not scamming the customers. Explained their work and making recommendations throughout. Decision making was left up to the customer without pressuring them.

Another company Amco were supposed to call me back with an appt. Unfortunately they didn't call but came when I was out having made arrangements with Telford. Problem solved quickly, They arrived in good time. Pleased with the outcome.

Very timely knowledgeable

The box in the ceiling was not adequate for the fan, but they did a super job of putting the fan together (which is harder than you would expect). At a later date, I will see about carpenter work necessary to install fan box.They were on time, professional, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
