I received a call from Telford Reynolds Electric within 5 minutes of sending the email. There were scheduled to come out later the same day but got hung up on the previous job. They called and came out first thing the following morning and took care of the issue (wiring trouble shooting). The service tech was on time, polite, friendly, and the price was exactly what was quoted.

Made a request to ServiceMagic on Monday night, got a phone call at 7:30 the next morning to come look at the job. It was not an emergency, just moving a conduit and repairing some wire. Technician came out, job was complete by 9:30, all i can say is awesome work.

Made appointment for Friday but knowone showed or called. I called the office and they appologized, came out Monday morning and provided discount on work since they didn't show/call on original date. Electrician came out and was quick to access the problem, provide estimate and come back to do the work. I had to call back the electrician because the thermostat for the fan was not secured properly and attic fan was so noisy I could hear it in living room. The electrician came back and adjusted blades to make fan quiet which was appreciated. Fan stopped working next day and electrician came back at no cost and fan is working appropriately.

I think that he is on the high end, it is worth paying the higher cost. He is very efficient and timely. I very pleased with his work, very attentive to the details, get things done right the first time. He is a nice guy.
