+ -1 moreCompletely UNSATISFACTORY!!!!!!!!! DAMAGED POSSESSIONS AND HOME AND NO COMPENSATION!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! It took much longer than anticipated, therefore it cost considerably more than it was estimated. I was told it took longer because they were taking special care in wrapping my breakables, but they actually did not take any special care. They broke many glass items, as well as an office chair and antique armoire. I am missing a vase. They damaged my walls and ceiling and had someone patch the sheetrock, but never would send a painter out to finish repairing the damage. My home has been patched and not painted since March 2013. I have called repeatedly and have been told every time that Dave is out and he will call me when he gets back, but it is now February 2014 and he has never returned a phone call.

Description of Work: I would not use this company again. I would tell my friends and family not to use this company either. I had a huge move of 3 houses and a storage unit. We hired this company to pack and load our trucks. Dave and Mike came out and gave the quotes for the move. They assured us that their packers were trained how to pack. They talked a good talk, they are the salesmen after all. Everyone was very friendly, and we were able to have the same "packers" most of the4 days that they worked for us. We had 3 "packers" a day, so it was impossible to supervise all of them. Also I did not think they would need to be, seeing how they are "trained".to do this job. Sadly my 11 yo packed as well as they did. I have unpacked many boxes where stuff was just dumped into them. Paper was not used when it should have been, and used when not needed. Many things that I would think would be common sense when packing just did not happen. I wish I could have uploaded more pictures of their "packing" the picture above shows a mirror thrown in with a box of toys. Some furniture was damaged and one table was broken due to the way it was loaded in the truck. Oh, and thanks for loading a bag of kitchen garbage in the truck for a 3 day drive... It smelled fantastic when we got to our final destination. I do have to compliment one of their packers, Tony, he actually knew what he was doing. He packed the kitchen, thank goodness!

+ -1 moreTheir rate is $90 an hour, and they have a two hour minimum. They were very nice to work with, and they came in and got the job done. They did what I asked them to.
