+ 2 moreThey did a good job. They were reasonable. In fact, I was surprised at how reasonable. I thought it was gonna cost me a lot more.
Description of Work: They cleaned my carpets, they cleaned my leather furniture, and they cleaned my tile and grout. They did all that for $100. They did my living room rug and a couple of tile floors and cleaning up the leather upholstery.

+ -1 moreBecause my residence is in a condominium we cannot have service people coming in after 5PM for respect of the other residence. I made this know when I made my appointment. Giving this company a second chance the appointment was rescheduled for Monday at 8AM. I was told I would be the 1st job of the day. As it turned out they never call me till 9:30 Monday morning. They told me they were not informed they were scheduled for 8AM. Unfortunately I had a Dr.s appointment at 10:45AM and could not have the cleaning done. To say the least I am aggravated with the inconvenience and communication of the company.
Description of Work: I was scheduled to have my carpets cleaned which they gave me a window of time between 12-5. I waited all afternoon for them to show up. Finally arrived at 5:05PM.

+ -1 moreI have a lot of furniture and stuff so it took them probably longer but they didn't complain about it or anything. I had a lot of extra stuff that they had to do. They were just real helpful. They had a special going on and I had them do another room too.

+ -1 moreI have used them before and they did a good job so I called them again. They came when they said they would. They did what I asked. There were no hidden charges. They cleaned up well. They got the job done in a nice length of time. It did not take forever. Their price is average. I think it is about the same as other companies for the service I had done. I was able to get an appointment at the time I wanted and they arrived on time.
