Tom installed the new unit as soon as we gave him the go ahead, and it is working fine. He is a real professional, reliable, and knows his stuff!
Description of Work: We have been dealing with Tom Schroyer for many years. He installed the first heat pump in my mom’s house in the early 1990’s, and performed all the routine maintenance thereafter. Finally, after many years, the heat pump had to be replaced this year. Tom was again our choice for the job.

The installation seemed great, it did not take long. Mr Schroyer brought a helper. They first took ouat the old units and then installed the new.

Was a little shocked at the price at first, but not when I saw the quality of work (and I just didn't know how much HVAC work costs). Tom really listened to what we wanted, and then performed a big, ugly job so efficiently it was breathtaking. A real pro, highest recommendation. The new HVAC has literally changed our lives.
Description of Work: Schroyer brought a 1950 HVAC into the 21st century with new everything, including ducts. 2-story house; put in two independent units, one for each floor.

We were very pleased with the work performed. and would recommend his services.
Description of Work: Our air conditioning had gone out. We called Schroyer and he came out the same day to check the air conditioner, since our old one was very old we decided to have a new one installed. He came out the next day to install it. He got it installed that day, showed us how to change the filter and how to work the thermastat. He was very professional and very helpful to answere all the questions my husband had.
