Description of Work: Email ref 140828-002678: hello I am requesting a refund from Reliable Services. I purchased from this vendor 3 weeks ago. I tried to contact him on 4 occasions. He either did not answer the phone or gave me the run around. I have wasted a lot of time trying to get him out to my place. Its contractors like him that I joined Angies List in the first place. I only signed up for this service because it was promoted by Angies List as a Big Deal. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed in my first purchase through Angies List. Please refund my money.

Description of Work: We had to contact you to get him to call. He made one appointment and didn't show up. Then the second appointment he came out and looked around but did no work. He said he would get the work done for sure some time the week of the 18th and he would call us. We haven't heard a word from him since. I do not trust anyone who treats their customers this way to do any work for me.

Description of Work: sprinkler tune up, replaced one head.

Description of Work: Checked out 6 sections of sprinkler heads and at my request cleared away the grown grass around each head. I offered to pay Mr. Davis for this extra work and he charged me $40. I assume he checked out each sprinkler head and all he told me that a few of the heads were old and would need replacement in the future. I asked if he had actually adjusted any heads and he replied that he did not, the coverage looked good. Both Mr. Davis and his helper were very pleasant and professional. He was more than prompt, he was 30 minutes early, which was fine with me.

Description of Work: Reliable Services was hired to come out and fix our sprinkler system. The sprinkler heads appeared to be clogged. The gentleman came out to our home, walked around the property, turned on the water and then told my husband that we had too many sprinkler heads and said we needed a new system. We've had this system a long time and this was the first time we had to call for repair. Instead of just blowing out the line to see if it was clogged or checking the values to see if they were working first, he recommended several other things to do that were costly. We think he just came out to get new business.
