+ -1 moreVery professional, attendant courteous. They were consistent and had it repaired at the time that was expected. I was happy with that. Very clean establishment and work environment.
Description of Work: Removed viruses and it took less than 24 hours to correct problem.

+ -1 moreI was very impressed because not only did the company do what they promised, in the time they promised, they charged a very reasonable fee.
Description of Work: Virus infected computer-shut down operating system. RC was the fourth company I called in one day for service-others did not return call or could not fix the problem. Matt, the tech was here when he said he would be, fixed the computer in half of his estimated time, and charged much less than a company I called two months ago for the same problem on another machine.
