Purdie Construction, LLC

We were very happy with Purdie Construction LLC. We liked the owner. He was very professional and very helpful. They're very reasonable and were very good in what they did. I will certainly use them for future purposes.

We do not live in the house where we are having the remodel so there has been a lot of back and forth and Purdie has been very accommodating. They have had the information they need, are clean, and on time. Update 1/26/11: Don Purdie and Sons of Purdie Construction are quality individuals that perform exactly as you would expect experienced professional craftsman to perform. After the initial site visit and discussion with us, Mr. Purdie promptly submitted a bid for our job and a time line of completion. He completed the project on time and within budget, exceeding our initial vision of what the final appearance of the project would have been. I had the job of repainting the entire interior of the house, so I was on-site for almost all of the work performed by Purdie Construction and thoroughly enjoyed watching these gentlemen perform their work in a thoughtful, detailed, and professional manner. We had some discussions as the project unfolded, mostly with Don offering suggestions and specific improvements that enhanced the overall quality and final appearance of the remodeling project. I was very impressed with their tile work ? many sizes and patterns were involved, and the end result was pure beauty. We are extremely happy with the way our ?new? bathroom turned out, and would certainly hire Purdie Construction for our next project.

I had several phone calls and emails with Mr. Purdie and two in-house visits with estimates. He was polite and I was prepared to give him the job but I could not get a final estimate and he did not contact me as promised. I believe he had a bigger job somewhere else, which I had no problem with, but I couldn't get a commitment from him so I guess we both moved on. I did at least.

Don Purdie and his team did an amazing job on providing and installing new bottom kitchen cabinets and new countertops. Behind the old cabinets there had been water damage so they were able to put up new wallboard where was necessary. Once the cabinets were completed they put my entire kitchen back together by reinstalling the range, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. There was also water damage to the carpet so they were able to get me in contact with their carpenter and have them replace our whole living room and hallway carpet. My house looks amazing now and I love the work they accomplished.

Shawn was great - he was on time and performed "all" work that was needed to finish this job. My husband and I really were pleased with him and his efficiency of this job. Wonderfully beautiful entry way now.

The nicest thorough business man I have ever dealt with. He was very honest and trustworthy.
