Failed to f/u on repairing area where shingles were nailed on top of rotten wood. He claimed the raccoons did it but raccoons don't use hammers and nails to put shingles over rotten wood. He did not cooperate so my lawyer advised me to just end the relationship and forget the warranty. We hired another roofer to do the repairs and broke off all contact with this company.

In November 2005, I hired this company to replace the entire roof on my house. After the new roof was replaced, however, the roof begin leaking in several different places in the house. I have over 6 locations in the house where the roof is leaking including the chimney area; the guest bathroom; the Master bathroom; the Master bedroom; 2 areas in the guest bedroom; and 2 areas in the Garage. I contacted this company on several occasions via phone to come and repair the roof. They did in fact respond to every request to repair the roof by sending someone out but every time it was always the same response “The nails were not nailed down” or “We resealed the area again”. It seems every time they repaired something and it rained, I discovered a new area that has a leak (and the other areas were still leaking) In the past 2 years, Price’s Right Roofing has actually been out to repair the roof more then 10 times. It is apparent that the roof installation was defective and needs to be replaced. Price’s Right Roofing states on its contact I signed that they have a 5 year workmanship warranty and a 25 year shingle manufacturer warranty however they are not honoring the warranty I had to hire a lawyer in December 2007 because Price’s Right Roofing did not live up to its warranty and the rook is still leaking. I am worried that the leaks will cause permanent structure damage to the house since the problem has not been corrected. Price’s Right Roofing refuse to repair and/or replace the roof and from December 2007 to April 2010 fought with my attorney on replacing the roof. In April 2010, I finally agreed to settle to avoid a costly trial. The amount Price’s Right Roofing agreed to settle was $3,750 which is less than half on what I paid for the original roof. For anyone wishing to look at the court documents, you can log into the Bay County Clerk of Courts website and the Case Number is 08-2670CA As of 2012, the roof is still leaking.

I had been looking for a roofer for over a week, without having a whole lot of success. I had seen their listing here but called based on a recommendation from a co-worker. They actually answered my first call which was a good first step compared to many other companies I had contacted. They let me know they were very busy at the time but had someone out to do an estimate on my roof within the next few days. Their estimates were comparable with the other estimates I had received. Maybe a little bit less. After some back and forth we got the contract signed and they started work within a week or so. The job took a little longer than what they initially had quoted however I understand their Forman was having a baby. They communicated this and the extra time taken didn’t cause any problems. After the job was complete they were punctual to provide the final invoice and accompanying warranty documents for the roof. I feel that most reservations I have with giving an A across the board is because neither of us had all our ducks in a row so to speak. Overall they did a very good job and I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to anyone needing to get some roofing done.

They did a good job. They cleaned up good. They were there when they said they would be there. They finished when they said they would.

Rob came that afternoon, walked the roof, and left. Michelle called the next day to give us a quote twice, but we were out of town. We returned the calls on the 23rd and were given a verbal quote over the phone which sounded very reasonable. She called us back on the 24th stating there might be an additional charge to bring the type of nails used on the sheeting up to code as well as additional charges for any sheeting that may need to be replaced. We then asked about the senior discount and were told that the quote was low-balled and she would have to check with Rob. She did call a little later with a small senior discount. There were too many if's about this quote for us to feel comfortable to sign a contract with them. I would strongly recommend shopping for quotes from several sources and know what is included before signing any contract.

I was very pleased. They were very quick, professional, and showed up on time. They guaranteed their work as well.

He was there on time and did a good job

After looking over job to be done Mr. Price came by to deliver his quote. He spent about 30 minutes talking with me or I should say teaching me what was important to ask other contractors in the roofing business. He wanted to be sure that I I knew what should be done and what to ask other contractors should I decide not to use his services. This impressed me! Now days it's difficult to find an honest man. His quote was reasonable and his entire staff (including Mrs Price) were courteous and friendly. GREAT COMPANY ... USE THEM.
