+ -1 moreThey did find a leak in our upstairs bathtub, but missed another in our shower. They fixed the first leak, then were performed an "inspection" of the rest of the plumbing which prompted them to recommend another $500 dollars in "maintenance". The problem is, their inspection missed a second leak we still had upstairs. Two weeks later, we called and ask them to come back out as they had not fixed the leak we called them for to begin with. They did, and upon further "inspection" found the second leak. At this point, they wanted to charge us another $400 for a "deep inspection". To their credit, we mentioned that we understood they we were still under warranty from the first visit. After multiple calls to their office, they did honor their warranty. They determined the problem was a leaky shower upstairs. The repair guy said the only way to fix it would be to completely demolish the shower and install a new one for $3000. We thanked them and said we'd get back to them. This was a marble shower, with no cracks in the marble. After doing some research on-line, it turns out we only needed to re-caulk the shower. I did it myself over a weekend and we haven't had a problem since then. The technicians they send out are very nice. We liked both of them, but.... they are more interested in up-selling their services than actually taking care of you. The technicians were very personable, but you can tell when they hit their "script" for up selling us. We didn't appreciate the fact that the only option they presented for fixing our shower was a $3000 upgrade. No mention of the very common problem that it actually was. Disappointed.
Description of Work: We called them when we had a plumbing leak in our upstairs bathrooms in our townhouse. They were prompt and courteous and seemed to fix the initial problem.

+ -1 moreWent fairly well except for price. 45 min work and price $240+ ;way too high for simple work done, However, I did like the fact that tech wore shoe covers when coming in house and he was very polite. However, the toilet did not get put back correctly and we couldn't close the door to bathroom because it was hitting the toilet. My husband fixed it after he left..
