We are extremely dissatisfied by the work and the lack of communication with the owner. Mike Hendrix. At the outset, prior to getting a price and work proposal, he was specifically asked to remove old paint from railings and shutters, was asked to prime and then paint with a top quality paint. He did not remove much, if any, of the old paint, and proceeded to paint over the old paint. In addition to being very ugly to look at, it will now peel off as the old paint had done over the last couple of years. I called Mr Hendrix, who, over the phone, promised to come back and redo the work. This is now over a year ago. During this time I have attempted to contact Mr Hendrix who has not answered any of my calls nor answered any of my emails. I know from shared acquaintances that he is still in business.

Poorly from start.

Despite being very neat and clean, they installed a defected faucet that leaked. It took two weeks for them to come back and correct the problem. It was very obvious that this was not a priority to them.

They took the time to get the right color. They were prompt and did the work very quickly. It looks gorgeous. They were fabulous and their service was impeccable. I loved them. I have referred them to my parents. They are the best.
