+ -1 moreThey were pretty punctual and they came out that day. The part was $200 and the labor was $80. They were quick. They went and grabbed the part and came back and fixed it that day. We called that morning and they were here that afternoon. The price was reasonable.

The technician explained everything and gave us options so we were able to keep our costs down. Our unit is 14 years old and we did not want to spend a fortune on a unit that will soon be replaced. They were extremely accommodating to our needs. We know we have a good honest company.

We were so impressed by the estimator and his professionalism that we went ahead and hired them for the work. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the work performed. We are well satisfied and plan to use Peaden for more projects in the future.

+ 2 moreJared provided us with great quotes and prompt service. We had to reschedule our initial service but Jared worked with us to get it done. The install team was very professional and prompt. The price was competitive and what won us over was their ability to meet an immediate install request. The only negative thing we expereinced was when the ductwork was being done more care could have been taken to warn our family about falling insulation from the vents. Otherwise they did a great job and all in one day!

+ -1 moreThe plumber easily replaced a part and corrected the leaking toilet. The toilet that would not flush continued to not flush properly. When I called them to come back out, it was going to be 3 days before they could get here. They do an ok job, but not very impressed with them overall.

+ -1 moreA+ Service don't hesitate to use. Our tech Mike was awesome. Made some adjustments and solved problem came out 1 hour after we called , super polite, just a nice guy . I will get a service contract which Is reasonable for yearly or twice a year service, if you do, they never charge overtime fee then. Honest guy and he knew what he was doing.

At first, because of corrosion what he needed to take apart was freezing solid, he thought the repair might be quite involved ... about $700.00 dollars worth. He studied it and thought he could try something else. With a saw and I don't know what else he managed to get to what needed to be replaced for $150.00.
Description of Work: Fixed a dripping faucet and stopped a vibration in the pipes whenever the water was turned on.

+ -1 moreI have been dealing with Peaden for close to 8 years and they have always been very professional and helpful. I have a semi-annual cleaning and inspection contract with them, so obviouly I am very satisfied with their service. Before I bought a new Heat-pump/ cooling system from them, they were very prompt and knowledgeable in fixing my aging system. In all the years them I have dealt with them there has only been one instance where a technicial made a mistake during cleaning which resulted in the motor burning out. They immediately came and replaced the motor, obviously at no charge.
Description of Work: Completed routine inspection and cleaning of AC unit which we purchased from them a few years ago.

They completed the repairs and diagnostic in a relatively timely manner and their price was reasonable.
Description of Work: Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electric came out initially to do a diagnostic and they ended up repairing our air conditioner and recharging it with freon.

+ -1 moreA/C unit would not turn on. Called Peaden and they came over - same day. They noticed that the drain pan was full and that the safety switch was triggered. They A/C drain line was clogged. They cleaned the A/C drain line and then proceeded to clean the other drain lines of my other A/C units at no charge for the other two units.
Description of Work: Troubleshot A/C unit that would not turn on. Cleaned A/C drain lines.

+ -1 moreCalled Peaden after having another company send a repair guy. I'm glad that I did, they sent a real plumber out that could do the work. He was very honest about the work that needed to be done. He explained that it was a drain from the vanity sinks, he used a small camera device and made a photo of the leak inside the wall....it showed it was just a fitting that joined the sink drains to the main drain pipe, he said he would just have to replace the fitting and he gave a written estimate upfront. This was later afternoon, so he said he wouldn't have to shut off the water and that we could continue to use our bathroom...just don't use the sinks. He said he would be out the next morning to take care of the repair. He was here when he said he would be. He only had to cut a small section of sheetrock out to get to the leak and replace fitting on the pipe, yeah! After about 2 hours total, we're back to living our normal life and can use our bathrooms!
Description of Work: Water leaking in the wall between 2 baths. 1st company called sent a person out...he said the drain arm for our sinks was leaking, but said he couldn't do the work. He indicated that there would have to be estimators sent out, ya-de-ya...and the vanities in both bathrooms would have to yanked out.......scary, scary,scary...then found out....it would be a couple of days before estimators could come.....and another week before they had a "repair crew" available. I had a hard time understanding why they would send someone out that couldn't do the work since I had told them there was a leak in the wall between the 2 bathrooms. I told them that I would call another company. So, I called Peaden, they were very responsive and sent a plumber, Jarren. Jarren was very punctual, gave estimate of the work involved and what it would take, which included taking out a commode (in 1 bathroom) and then resetting it. Once he got into the wall, he said he wouldn't have to remove and reset the commode. He was very courteous and conscientous about the repair. Cleaned up afterwards and deducted the amount in the estimate for the removal/reset of the commode. This company doesn't charge by the hour....they have a set price for replacing various plumbing components....so when they give an estimate.....they don't increase the bill if it takes longer time than they thought it would. Additionally, Peaden uses quality products.

+ 0 moreI called another company who refused to quote a price over the phone for a specific heater. They came out a day or two later and quoted a heater I did not want. I wanted a water heater that qualified for a rebate from the gas company. I then called Peaden who gave me a quote over the phone for exactly what I wanted which was several hundred below the quote for the less efficient model from the other vendor, The new heater was installed quickly and the service personell were pleasant and efficient. They cleaned up prior to leaving and left me feeling well cared for. Peaden is not generally known as a Budget priced vendor but in this case they significantly underbid the Budget vendor and left me a happy customer. Will use them again.
Description of Work: Peadon installed a high efficiency water heater in my home. They took care of all the paperwork for the gas company and I received my rebate within 4 weeks.

+ -1 moreGreat. They came when they said they would and did what we needed. This doesn't sound so unusual, but in fact it was. This was the third company we tried. The first company was recommended by a family member who really wanted us to use them, and we waited for them THREE times, which was just ridiculous. The next person was another family friend who wanted to barter for services, but who was too busy to come in a reasonable period of time. This really needed to be taken care of *yesterday* and I called the company with the best ratings on Angie's List. As usual, I was not disappointed! That's why I subscribe.

Description of Work: I recommended Peaden Heating Air Conditioning and plumbing. We have used them for the last 10 years for air conditioning service. We have a service contract with them on our air conditioner. We used them for plumbing once and we were satisfied. We last used them a month ago on a holiday weekend for a plumbing issue. A pipe outside was inaccessible and they pulled it out so they could fix it.
