We spoke with five workmen and received quotes from four. Pascal Painting was second from lowest but we felt more comfortable with Hubie Pascal than the person with the lowest bid because he had been working in the area for many years and was physically located closer to the site of the project. The house needed many repairs, including soffits that had rotted over the years and a living room ceiling that had fallen in. The project went well. Even though Hubie Pascal and his team had a short time frame and were under a lot of pressure to complete the job, they came through with flying colors! We still have a few improvements to make when funds become available later, and we will definitely call on Pascal Painting when that day comes.

Super nice guys. I am a perfectionist so when I noticed a couple of things that had been overlooked-they came right back out without a hassle. In my experience this is not always the case with contractors--especially after you have paid them in full. They also helped me out when my door would not open-very nice guys. We were on a strict budget so they worked through multiple scenarios of how we could accomplish what we wanted at the lowest price.

They did an excellent job. They are reliable and showed up on time. Their prices are reasonable. They always do the work that they say that they are going to do. I would rate them high overall. The quality of work was excellent. They were very responsive. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Everything went great. It was easy and fast to schedule. They were able to do the job within the same week I called. They were only 15 mins late which was no big deal for me. They completed the job in the same day. They were thorough and professional. My bedroom looks great - I love it and haven't seen any sections that were done sloppily or with less effort. It's the kind of job I would've done myself. Very polite and hard working. Highly recommend.

this was very very good and very professional. i needed the bathroom painted fast and he showed up and took care of it in one day. the exterior trim work was very cost effective and the job was top notch. i will hire him again when i need more painting. very very happy with the work

Hubie arrived right on time, got to work straight away and diligently continued until the task was completed. He was courteous and friendly. I'm very satisfied with the work performed and plan to call him for future painting needs.

After a negative experience with another local painter I found Hubie Pascal here on Angies List. After reading all the positive reviews I decided to call him. Hubie came in and provided a quote the next day. We discussed how long it would take and when he could start. On day 1 Hubie and his crew did all the prep work to the walls and trim. He also took on finishing a drywall project I had not completed by finishing the mud and prep so it could be painted. The next three days Hubie and crew performed the work as promised. They left no messes and even relocated all their supplies to the garage since I have a two year old that gets into everything. The last day of the job, Hubie worked until 7pm to finish on time. There was never any paint anywhere except where it should be. The trim looks great! All the cut in work and lines are perfect. I would highly recommend Hubie. In fact, I have asked him to provide a quote for painting the exterior of my house.

Hubie came and pressured washed the fence. Then he came back a few days later when it had dried and painted the entire fence. It looks like a new fence. He painted everything even the top where you wouldn't normally be able to see. He cleaned up as he went and didn't leave any paint on anything except the fence! Great job....we have used Pascal Painting to paint the entire inside of our house and that was a superior job aswell!

We couldn't have asked for any better experience. Hubie is an honest, hardworking, great guy to work with. He and his crew were always on time, and stayed until they got that days job done. You won't go wrong if you hire him. He was also a great source of information relative to recommending other subs that I needed to complete the job.

I spoke to my wife about creating a "man-cave" in one of my spare bedrooms. After obtaining several estimates, I decided on Pascal Painting. The price was right, Hubie was very professional, and he was able to work around my hectic work schedule. He immediately scheduled me for the upcoming weekend. The morning when Hubie and his brother showed up to paint the rooms, we showed him the way and let him do his work. We were surprised they finished the work in such a short period of time. When they stopped for lunch, we took a look at the rooms. My wife was floored at how nice the rooms looked. There was no paint on the trim or carpet. She was so impressed with their work that she wanted them to paint the living room and kitchen as soon as possible. Lucky for us, they were able to accomplish both rooms and the additional areas all the work in one day. Due to the color we chose for the living room and kitchen, they had to apply multiple coats on the walls. To go the extra mile, they came back on Sunday to apply two more coats to ensure we were completely satisfied. When the job was completed and Hubie departed, we walked around the house in disbelief. I will definitely recommend Pascal Painting to anyone in search of a painter. I will be calling them back to fix some of the areas that I attempted to paint in the past. They painted our $450,000 condo. Absolutely the best painter we have ever used. The lines were perfect. Hubie is a third generation painter. He's been painting 26 years...very fast and neat....no paint anywhere except where it was suppose to go. None on the hardwood floors or cabinets! We've just purchased a new house and have already scheduled him to paint it. He'll paint one room or the whole house inside and out. Give him a try you will be very pleased.
