Description of Work: Difficulty contacting provider. Had to talk to 3 different people to get to the correct person. "Correct" person appeared to be inconvenienced by talking to me "Correct" person said they would call me back with information (would they clean in my resort) They never called me back.

This is a condo on a rental program in Panama City Beach, Fl who suffered extensive water damage due to the negligence of a neighbor (did not change the water heater) that was old and it burst. It damaged 15 other units. The owner was very understandable and accommodating to the schedule and was there to inspect the job after it was done.She sent pictures and it seemed great.
Description of Work: Deep cleaning also known as post construction cleaning.
