+ -1 moreSince I live out of state, I was searching for a local company I can trust in case there is an AC issue when I have tenants. I feel perfectly confident that I could Call Mr. Hicks and he would respond promptly and honestly to any HVAC problem even If I am not on site.
Description of Work: I wasn't sure whether my AC needed to be serviced...or replaced. Mr. Hicks performed various tests and decided I only needed coolant and an adjustment of the HVAC fan.

+ -1 moreWhen this company says they are a family owned business, it is not just a slogan. They are compassionate and caring, which is rare in most businesses. They are the best in price and in customer service. Give them a call and you will be able to tell the difference. I promise. These people worked with me on a personal level above and beyond of what one would ever expect. They gave me every type of discount possible and underbid all of the others.

+ -1 moreThey were right on time! They even checked the Freon pressures and serviced my unit. I paid $97 earlier that week for a service call from another business that did not give nearly as much attention to detail or customer service.
