 + -1 moreAlan provided an estimate and timeline when they could start. Crew showed up on time. Did quality work and a good job on the cleanup. Alan came by to make sure we were happy. He also left us some touch up paint. We are extremely happy with the project and would definitely use them in the future!

Description of Work: Mr. Gilbertson and his staff replaced my pool liner and fixed the railing. They did an outstanding job and pretty quick too. If I could, I would rate them A++. They are an honest, hard working company and they can fix anything on your pool. Did I mention they are so friendly to deal with? Gilbertson Pools is the best pool company period.

Description of Work: Mr. Gilbertson and his team of two replaced a vinyl liner for an 18 x 36 oval in-ground pool. | |The team arrived on time, pumped the water from the pool, removed the old liner, installed the new liner, and removed all debris from the area in about a four to five hour time period. What impressed me most, was the professionalism and attention to detail they exhibited while installing the liner. They installed and removed the liner about five times while making very minor adjustments to the exact placement of the liner until even the smallest wrinkle and crease was removed. This is the third time I have had the liner replaced, and the best job yet. |

 + -1 moreI had not heard from him for a while so I finally called him. When I told him I needed him to come and repair my spa, he said he does not service spas. I did inform him that the ad stated pool and spa repair. I am just canceling the service with him.

 + -1 moreI trusted Leland from the moment I first contacted him. He answered the phone and happened to be close by so came over within a couple of hours. He gave me more than one option (repair or replace) but after a few days it was apparent that the pump on our Polaris needed to be replaced. We decided to go with his recommendation and he completed the work the following week. I would definitely call on Gilbertson's pool repair again.

 + -1 moreThe job took about 6 days due to the amount of ground water and the requirement to control the ground water prior to resurfacing the bottom of the deep end of the pool. The work was completed as quickly as the removal water would allow. The work required was more than originally estimated, but the provided completed the job for the original price quoted.
Description of Work: Gilbertson Pools replace the liner in our pool. The provider had to remove sand that had washed into the pool due to high water. We'll points and a partial gravel bed were installed to remove ground water. The deep end of the pool required the resurfacing of the vermiculite.
