They come out four times a year to spray my front and back lawns. They do a great job, they call before hand and tell me when they are coming out. I have no complaints.

We have several rent properties, and I use them from time to time when we have an issue. The association in the condominium we live in also uses them for the entire building. Their prices are reasonable, and their services are dependable and reliable. For a private residence that I rent, they charge me a $125 for the year for termite protection. I had to call out once for ant infestation. That happened in the spring when they fly around. That costs $90, but it was guaranteed. If I needed to get them back in thirty days, they come back at no charge.

I have used them for 20 years. They are professional, always call in advance to let you know when they are coming. I have never had a problem with them.

We haven't had any problems with them. We pay them $196 a year for the termite inspection and it's warranted. It's $50 a quarter. Generally if they come in and if they find spiders and stuff, and if you have a contract with them already, they do the spraying for other things cheaper. They cut you a deal. I found two spiders and two is not enough to spray. So they spray and that's kind of nice. They're really personable. There are a couple more pest control companies in town that are not as personable as them. They are nice to my kids. My son is five year old and he calls them the bug guys. So they play with my kids and they're not put off by talking to my kids which is nice, because kids can be annoying. We haven't had any problems. We never really compared their prices to anyone else but we don't have a problem with it. We will use their services again in the future.
