+ -1 moreVirus shut down my computer so Fastland had to re-install windows. -If you expect them to call you to let you know what's going on, you'll be dissapointed. You have to call them every step of the way. -It took days longer than they said it would. -Even though I have all of the important information (pics, vids, files) on the computer that was there before, I can't open a number of the files because they neglected to re-instal some of the programs that came with the computer in the first place. -My computer DOES run now though. I'll give them that. I understand the complicated nature of computer repair, but simple customer service shouldn't be THAT difficult.
Description of Work: virus assesment and removal on a desktop computer.
