 + -1 moreVery well. The new units are working well, and Terry performed a very professional looking install. He made sure to put in sensors to prevent the condensate drain from overflowing, which is a must have to avoid water damage in a multi-story condo. Terry has never recommended any unnecessary work, and his prices are very competitive. Recently, one of my systems stopped working, and I called Terry. I thought for sure the thermostat had broken, but Terry traced the wires. It turned out that an installer for an adjacent unit had inadvertently disconnected wires to our condensing unit, and Terry repaired and serviced our system for a low service call fee. I highly recommend Ezell Heating and Cooling, and I have personally passed their contact information onto others.
Description of Work: Terry has taken care of my air conditioning and heating service needs for my condos in Panama City Beach for several years. He has installed two new heat pump systems for me, and another system for my father-in-law. He also has repaired issues in my old system.
