Perfect, I feel liked I lucked out.
Description of Work: I short sold my home using Neubauer Real Estate and Steve Butler, Realtor-Broker. The most important thing about a short sell is having the realtor represent you. The paperwork is much more difficult. Steve did a great job, all his information was correct and he was very timely and supportive and had excellent advice. I also used a Saint Joeseph statue.

Ms. Fore handled negotiations in a timely fashion and was prompt at returning all my calls and answering questions. She took the initiative when one of the listing agents dragged his feet. I felt she had my best interests at heart. I think ethics are very important to her and she would rather do the right thing than make a quick sale.
Description of Work: I purchased two properties this year using Evelyn Fore at Neubauer Real Estate, one for $600,000 and one for $360,000, one of which was a short sale.
