Sorry but these guys are just dishonest to the core and incompetent. They were hired by my HOA to wire my newly built condo and 2 others. Among the incompetence are the following: Installed NEW electric breaker box-Never labeled any of the breakers-left it to me the owner. Still cant figure what some of the breakers are for. They never installed a breaker for the smoke alarms-Safety violation They installed Recreational Vehicle outlets instead of residential outlets. They installed bathroom and kitchen electric outlets in the wrong places for light fixtures, oven and microwave. Another electrician had to fix. Never installed cable TV outlets in any of the rooms. They forgot to install a wall outlet next to the bedroom window by code and its a violation. Claimed that they were absolved having to fix the violation because they passed the inspection. Building department claims their permits had expired and that they never got a final inspection and even if an inspector does miss something thats a code violation they are still responsible We all have a 1 year warranty on their work and this company never answers the phone. When they do they never show or have a habit of blaming everyone but themselves. I do not knowhow they ever got positive reviews. This company and owner David Porter should not be allowed to install electric. They created a very unsafe home for my family. I trust most of you reading this review will think twice about using this company
