They have been horrible and their machinery did not last. We signed up but then after a few months, the tuner went off. They said it wasn't the tuner, but that it was the remote control. A few days later the TV and satellite were not working. So they sent me a remote control for me to program, instead of sending a technician out with the remote to check it out. I got it programmed and it still did not work. I called again and they said it was the receiver with a problem. They sent a receiver with detailed instructions on how to hook it up but without a technician. I hooked it up myself. Then I had to reprogram the remote controls and finally got it to work. We were told when we got the system that we could watch one program and record two more at the same time. However we have not been able to do that since the original receiver went out. We called to complain about that, and the technician guided me through a few steps and we got it to work. Now we can watch one and record another. We still cannot watch one and record 2, but it is better than what it was before. The service has just been lousy. The program equipment is very poor. They have added premium channels free for 90 days. When they did that we called and told them that we didn't want that and that they should cancel it. They said, they couldn't cancel until the end of the period. This means that we get charged additional fees. So as soon as we can get out of our contract, we are going to leave Dish TV. I am going to call Better Business and file a complaint with them about the service.

The price is expensive. The quality is okay except when it rains. They come out when they say they will.
