over all experience was top notch. I had contacted several contractors with extremely slow response if any on some local companies. One local company actually wanted to charge me just to do an estimate for the job. Mr Orme was very professional and helped my family after a flood in our home. He understood all my worries and concerns. All of his sub contractors were very polite and professional, work was perfection and as Mr Orme inspected if something was not perfect he had it fixed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will say after checking Angie's list after receiving Mr Ormes estimate I questioned him regarding two reviews of F status. Mr Orme explained both of those jobs after all these years still owed him money and he was in litigation for collection which would make perfect sense of the negativity. Mr Orme was honest and fair so felt his company comes highly recommended by me.

The project was much bigger then I expected but Mr. Orme had no problem making it into a beautiful house. All the wiring had to be checked and reworked. Every light fixture had to be replaced. New cabinets and appliances were put in. A new back patio was poured and extensive landscaping put in. The before and after was amazing and I could not have done it without Custom Construction. His knowledge of home building and remodeling would be an asset to any project. I would highly recommend Eric Orme again.

We found out he did not pull the proper permits from the building department. If someone else wanted to use him, I would say don't even mess with him. He didn't show up when he was suppose to, and went past the time frame when he was supposed to be done. The quality was unsatisfactory, and he was completely unprofessional. We are totally unhappy with the services they provided.

Horrible. They began the project 06/20/2011 and currently, 10/19/2011, not one room is finished. Everything I asked and requested to be done, wasn't done. A lot of corners were cut and the contractor just did as he pleased. The origional contract was manipulated, several tasks have been taken out but he was still asking for the same amount of money-------even though the amount of work was different. Another thing he did was tell me that my bath tub was $1900 and when they delivered it I saw it was only $800. He HAS NOT completed anything that he has been paid for. He painted even though the origional contract stated that I wanted to do my own painting and tile work. He does not return my phone calls. I would not recommend him to anyone.
