CCS CARPET CARE SPECIALIST

Delivery was scheduled between 10-12N, but the truck arrived about 9:15AM and I was not home to receive it. They did not leave any notice on the door they had come by, so I was unaware they came, and spent two and a half hours waiting for delivery. When I finally called to ask when they would arrive I was told they came at 9:15 but no one was home. I told them of course not, delivery was scheduled for 10-12N, when I was home. We rescheduled for the next day. They arrived the next day, delivering my carpet in an open pick up truck with dirt in the back, no covering on the carpet, and when they put the carpet down it was as if they never even touched it. All the dirt and stains the carpet had on it when I sent it in were still exactly the same. I doubt they did anything to this carpet. I refused to accept it and they took it back. I called and complained about the service and also about the delivery being make in a open vehicle, dirty, with no protection...if it had rained that day my carpet would have been ruined sitting in dirty water in the back of the truck. The person I spoke to told me they would look into the problem and promised to call me back by the end of the day to tell me what they would do to fix things, but I never heard back from them. I called on Monday morning and told them to just return my carpet and forget it because I was afraid if they touched the carpet they would ruin it and make things even worse. Although this company is polite, I will say that, their service was very bad and I would not take the chance of them ruining my carpet or rugs....there are other professionals out there with less risk.

I have used CCS to clean our carpet, but this is the first time they have cleaned rugs. They did a great job and were good about contacting me about convenient delivery times.

It was fine. They're able to handle dirty rugs vs. cleaning. It was done in method and they arranged their services. They were very easy to deal with.

Called to say they were coming, showed up on time, pretreated the entire area, protected corners, provided footies for walking. Only took about 10 hrs to feel really dry (dry to walk on in about 4-6 hours).
