+ -1 moreI had recently had some flooring work done and when they reinstalled the toilet they did not tighten the valve back correctly. I did not know what was happening. He came within a day of my call and took less than a minute to figure out it just needed to be tightened and not replaced. I did have to call him to come back once again cause it was still leaking but he came out THE SAME DAY and did not charge an additional penny.
Description of Work: I had a leak on the water supply valve for my toilet.
