They should care more for their customers. It's automobile so they just look at what's on the computer. They don't diagnose anymore.

I had used this body shop on two occasions many years ago; at the time the body shop did great work and the people we dealt with were very considerate and professional. When my wife got hit, we took her car to them to be repaired thinking we would get the same service. After the first attempt we had wind noise coming from the side mirror area of the door and because it had rained the night before we picked it up, there was standing water on the drivers side floor board, there was also a piece of trim sticking up slightly and the drivers door was not aligned at the top, sticking out about 1/4" further than it should have been. We took it back the second time and the door was aligned at the top better than it was and the trim had been repaired, but there was still wind noise and after another rain, water on the floor again. I called the service manager and was told I needed to speak with someone else and that if I did not hear from him by the next day which was a Friday, to call her back. I called her back the following Monday and was treated rudely, when I tried to explain my aggravation and disappointment with the repairs she became irate. After she talked over me several times I too became irate, I told her their customer service sucked. She stated "your name better not come across my desk again". A short time later I reached the person who was originally supposed to call me and we decided to give the body shop another try. After the third attempt we gave up and took the car to Cook Whitehead Ford. Thankfully our insurance company worked with us and the new shop. Cook Whitehead found the center post on the drivers side between the front and rear doors needed to be replaced, a hinge on the rear driver's side door was broken and there was a gap in the windshield seal near the drivers side "A" post. I do need to compliment the collision estimator at Bay Dodge that we worked with, she was professional, understanding and did what she could to try and correct the problems we were having. I have purchased vehicles over the years from Bay Dodge and utilized their body shop. I will not be going back, I can assure you my name will never come across the service managers desk again as she requested.

Description of Work: I have a BMW Z4 and there was quite a bit of body work that had to be done to the front end & hood, etc. I was very concerned since it wasn't being done at BMW. Geico had me take the car to Bay Lincoln Dodge Mercury, etc. I was very worried, but they said they were certified and the work was guaranteed. I was so impressed. They were so nice. My car looks brand new!! They got all the parts within 24 hours from BMW & the work was completed within a week. They called me and let me know how the work was going. While I was there I saw that they did most all of Geico's work as well as a great deal of work for Progressive and many other insurance companies. They were highly recommended!!! They also have an insurance agent two days a week inside the body shop office as well as an Enterprise Rental Car Agent on hand.. now, that's convenience for you. I was impressed!! I got my car back the day they said it would be ready! They were great!!
