 + -1 moreQuite expensive to schedule a new home termite inspection as a prospective buyer. But Arrow offered this service at a significantly lower cost if our agent scheduled it. Arrow came out twice for initial inspection and re-inspection after owner's repaired some damage.

 + -1 moreWhen I initially called Arrow, I was asked to leave a voice mail message with basic information for a return call as the office was assisting other customers. I promptly received that return call, and was greeted by a very professional and quot;customer serviceand quot; person who was able to set my appointment for an estimate for services at my home. The Arrow representative arrived on time to give me an estimate and thoroughly explained his proposed method of application of chemicals to prevent any infestation of termites to my home. He also arrived at the scheduled time to perform the Initial treatment. Another member of their organization arrived promptly the following day to perform the first quarterly pest control treatment.
Description of Work: The technician drilled holes through cinderblocks and concrete slabs to apply chemical treatment to prevent any infestation of termites to my home. Pest control chemicals were applied to the interior and exterior of my home in an effort to prevent spiders and other bugs from invading my home.

 + -1 moreNo answer from my calls and left multiple messages on the their answering machine which stated I would get a call back in 24 hours. No call back and after I chose another vendor they gave me an estimate.
