I called the office to set-up an appointment. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. I got the day and time I requested. On the day of the appointment the gentleman who was coming to clean was running about 30 minutes late. He called 30 minutes before the set appointment and told me he was going to be late, which I really appreciated. He was pleasant and polite when he arrived. My condo is a vacation rental so the carpet and couch were dirty. The couch now looks brand new and the carpet brightened up immediately. He told me what I needed to do to get everything to dry in a couple of hours. He was even kind enough to work around the internet/phone rep who showed up one hour late. I will definitely be using this company after next year's rental season!

American Carpet Care is very good. I didn't dislike anything. I've used them for years. He's good, thorough and prompt. If there's something he's concerned with, he'll speak to you about it before he starts a job. His prices are pretty competitive.

Overall a very positive experience. Done on time, and in a very timely manner. Beautiful job.

Showed up on time, showed me a few problem areas, but were able to get those areas clean! The carpet looked brand new, and best of all it was dry before the kids got home from school. (I used to use another company and it was still damp the next day).
