AAA Heating & Air Conditioning

I have done business with AAA Refrigeration for 25+ years and highly recommend them. They thoroughly check out the system to locate the problem(s) and contact you to discuss the cost and alternatives that you have. They have always done excellent work and backed up there work. Their prices are reasonable and they offer a maintenance agreement for two PM's (twice a year) on your system and if work is needed, the agreement also provides a discounted price. If they were not the best in town, I would not be using them to handle two homes in the Panama City area. If you are not using them, then you are paying too much and not getting their EXCELLENT QUALITY service. 25+ years as a customer says it all!

I called AAA and asked them to send out a tech! They promptly did so and solved the problem! Now my Mom has a thermostat that she can read and understand! Thank you very much AAA!210

We rent the condo and visit it twice a year. When we entered the condo during our last visit, it was obvious that the air conditioner was not working. We put up with it for the night and called AAA Heating and AC the next morning (Saturday). They came out quickly and determined that the capacitor was blown, and replaced it. The air conditioner worked but later we heard a dripping noise. We examined the inside air handler, and saw that the drain pan was overflowing. The drain line was clogged with rust from the old handler. We called AAA again and they came out quickly. We knew that the air handler needed to be replaced since it was 29 years old; therefore, we had the serviceman clear out the line and get us a quote on a new air handler. After getting the quote and finding out that they had a military discount (they also have a senior discount), we arranged to have it replaced on Monday. They servicemen arrived on time, were very careful of the walls, floor, etc. and replaced the handler in a couple of hours. They told us that the drain line didn't need to be replaced, nor did the base that the air handler sat on. This saved us money. The new air handler was virtually silent and a welcome change over the old noisy one. However, a few days after the installation, it iced up and stopped cooling. AAA returned, added more coolant, and it has worked perfectly since. There was no charge for the service call since they guarantee their work for a year. All of the service people that came to our condo were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend AAA and will use them for any future needs.
