The job never really got off the ground. They came for the measurement s and materials choices and really dropped the ball from there. She called to follow up several weeks later and the job was already completed by another company.
Description of Work: We needed a bid for solar blinds at our home and though they came fairly promptly to measure, they didn't give us an actual estimate for over 3 weeks. We called twice to try and get it with no luck. The company we did end up with offered the estimate same day and did a great job on schedule.

I was out of town for the measurement so I sent one of my employees and he said he gave a bid and was told that we would hear back from you or your wife and we heard nothing. I followed up with a call and left a message asking for your response on whether of not you had chosen us or someone else. I am sorry that you feel that we dropped the ball, customer service is very important to me, I only wish you had returned my call. They were very professional. They did great work. They were very fair on their prices.
