 + -1 moreI found Kenny Koon after reviewing a number of sites. The company name is PC-RES-Q and I found him when my former PC repairman was not available. I took 2 pc's in. I had problem with a re-install on the old pc that I just couldn't work around. The new PC needed some tightening up, i.e. I couldn't get my USB 3.0's to work and I needed a new OS installed. Kenny took care of both in record time. He even fixed an issue I hadn't even brought up. I am thoroughly impressed with his work ethic and knowledge and I highly recommend him. I waited a few months before writing this review and there have been no problems.
Description of Work: Updated and installed Windows 7 on my new PC and a reinstall of XP on my old PC

Description of Work: I've used PC RES-Q about 3 times now and twice, he provided me with no charge service. He's a great guy who provides outstanding service! He takes care of his return customers. USE THIS GUY--HE IS AWESOME!!!

 + -1 moreMy PC is working like a charm and I've had no problems since I took his advice and stopped clicking on the highlighted sections of a web browser
Description of Work: He restored my printer on my computer via the web and removed a lot of malware also. He previously did this a few months ago, but I went to a web site that was corrupt. He only charged me $40 to do about three hours worth of work. He is incredible and a genius. He doesn't have high overhead and charges a really, really fair price. It doesn't get any better than this!
