Excellent communication. We needed drawings in order to get permitted. We received our plans for review in a very timely fashion. A pleasant experience for certain. We would certainly use them again!

There is NO other plan & pgm engineer that will take the amount of time ... share ideas ... assist in ur design like Julio! This is the 2nd time I've gone to Horizons ... I've been EXTREMELY satisfied with the results of both visits! If ur considering designing or modifying a plan ... STOP!!! This is THE place! Make the call! U"ll thank me!!
