Great, the salesman Randy is funny and a joy to work with, the installer Joey took his time made sure every thing was right. Casey the template guy was experienced too. No commplaints.

We went to the business, looked through many samples and finally chose one we liked. We ordered the granite and while waiting for it's delivery continued with the renovations of our condo. The granite was delivered right on time the day they scheduled delivery and the sections fit perfectly. There were four different pieces, two that were joined at a corner. We have been very happy that we found this company and will do business with them again when we are ready to renovate the house we are living in now.
Description of Work: Measured and made countertops for our kitchen, in the condo we own at Bay Point, Florida. This included a new double stainless steel sink and installation.

In January of 2014 the General Manager Lane Fairbanks was talking to my wife over the phone and started compaining that his salesperson sold us the granite too cheap. My wife told him tha the was compaining to the wrong person that she was the customer and he should be taking it up with is salesperson (Corey). He continued to complain and she told him that it was not her problem and he needed to talk to his salesperson and not to her. On February 5th they were supposed to send someone out to do the template but the person did not show up and when my wife compained he said they were busy and he would not be out today and they would see about sending someone out tomorrow. She told them that she took off a whole day of work and traveled a hundred miles to the house and could not come back tomorrow. He continued to say that it was too late and there was nothing he could do but after she demanded satisfaction he sent a tech to stop by on his way home to a nearby city. After the template was done they told us that they would be by to install the granite countertop on February 28th. On February 28th I received a phone call from Kelly - another salesperson- informing me that they had discovered flaws in our granite but she could not be specific what flaws and that we would have to buy a new piece and start over. She said that I would have to talk to Lane Fairbanks the General Manager. When I called Lane he told me there were flaws but that it was not broken and it didn't have fissures but flaws and he felt that we would not be happy with it and he was trying to find another piece like it but he would not know until the afternoon if he found one and he would call me back. He never called me back and when I called the next day Kelly said he was out sick but would text him. I still did not hear back until the next day and when I did he said he could not find another piece and he would just refund our money and we could go buy from someone else. I told him that refunding our money was unacceptable. I have already bought $8000 in cabinets, 8000 in floofing, ceiling fans and spent over $1700 in paint all to go with the countertops and my financing is already done and so there is not any room in the budget to spend more by starting over. My budget was already done according to the discounted price my wife negotiated with them and the design of the kitchen is all tied into the countertops. Mr Fairbanks refused to budge or offer any assistance in picking out another granite countertop so I contacted Ron Phillips the owner of Granite Plus and he did not even respond to my email. I received an email from Mr Fairbanks telling me that Mr Phillips said to give me my money back and that was all. It is evident that they did not like the price we negotiated with their salesperson so he just decided to not honor our deal and tell me to go buy from someone else. He tries to deny it but he was upset over the price, he was not going to even send out anyone to do the template and he waited three weeks after the template was done and the day it was to be delivered to tell us that the grantie was not acceptable for use and evidently had not even started to work on cutting out the countertop. Cory no longer works there and Kelly just says that she does not know anything and will not comment on it. They have not shown us the flaws and have not even discussed trying to find us another piece of granite. If you need to contact the owner he also has another business called Gulf Construction services in Panama City.
Description of Work: In November 2013 we bought a piece of granite from them and included in the cost was forming a template and then cutting out the contertop and installing the countertop on the cabinet after the cabinets were installed at the house we are remodeling at 1969 Lakeview Road Caryville, Florida
