I couldn't be happier with the service PJ and Kyle provided. They kept me informed and weren't pushy with recommending fixes, and performed some major improvements. They provided tips on how to keep my garage door looking and performing great. No longer sounds like a 747 taking off every time it opens and closes! More importantly PJ offered to come out the same night if it was an emergency. Now I'm set for 5 years. Couldn't be happier and would easily recommend them to anyone else!

Job went great. Guys showed up on time at the scheduled day and did the installation of an electronically controlled garage door. Gave me maintenance instructions and showed me how to operate the door (which can be done from your smart phone if you're a geek-a-phobe}, Took away the old door and left the jobsite neat and clean.

PJ and Kyle were very courteous and professional. I called on my lunch break and they were able to respond by the end of the same day. They worked efficiently and explained what they were doing along with tips for homeowner maintenance. Their services are very well priced, very affordable. It was great - very responsive, easy to schedule appointment, very thorough but not a lot of pressure to buy/upgrade stuff.

I decided to use this service based on a special posted here on Angie?s List. It was a 50% off for a garage door tune-up and roller replacement, reg $250 but now for $125. The tune up wasn?t spelled out so I figured maybe it was alignment of the up/down settings of something. The rollers were replaced, he noted there were no issue with the door and gave it a look over; basically took about 30 minutes. Maybe $125 is an average cost for this but I?m sure glad I didn?t pay %250 for so little.

I had them out to tune up two garage doors, but they were only able to tune up the one because the other had too much damage to just tune up. Th tune up on the door they were able to work on went well. I'm getting a bid from them on the repair work for the other door, if it's competitive I'll probably end up using them. They were very nice to work with .

We had no problem. We are going to have them come back and fix the remote. They have been great about fixing any problems. The price was adequate.

Very knowledgeable and efficient. Showed up on time. Nice person. Did all the checking and oiling of tracks. changed the rollers to ball bearings or vice versa. Upgraded the running of the system. Made sure the sensors were working well. I had lost my remotes. He had those on hand and calibrated them to the garage opener. Repaired my outdoor paid and reset the code. Gave me maintenance advice that I can do myself also. Everything was as good as new when finished. I was very impressed with their work. I will use them in the future.

Arrived ahead of time, and immediately set about completing a comprehensive checklist. Before work was begun he pointed out, and explained, deficiencies he had found. All of my questions and informational requests were answered in a professional and understandable manner. Only after my approval, was repair work begun. Did an outstanding job. Price was a little high, but I think that is only because of the quality of the equipment. Garage door opens much quieter and closes flush with the floor. Did what I ordered, provided valuable feedback and suggestions, and performed the additional work on the spot. Did work at another home that I manage. Found safety issues with the smaller garage door. I called a few days later to request service, and he performed the work the following day. Very prompt and thorough.

Phillip and Kyle worked on the garage door and explained the process to me and what is important to keep maintained. The doors rollers were replaced, spring lubricated, the door opener was examined for any issues, and more. The seals were examined and the owners ordered a new bottom seal to make sure no critters or bugs can get inside. That should be arriving soon. Very happy with their service. The home has been empty for several years and the door didn't open easily and made lots of noise. It's great now! Thanks Guys!

Kyle and PJ were very professional. They came in replace everything with no surprises. Explained everything to me. It was nice working with the two.

Purchased Angie's deal: for $99 Garage Door Doctor replaced old ball-bearings, provided tune-up on rails, spring, sensors; and inspected all parts to ensure door in good working order. They were very quick to set up apt date; on the day of the appt they called ahead to let us know they were on the way and when they got to the house they immediately got to work, explaining what they were going to do and what we needed to do in the future to keep the door running smoothly. Very professional, very efficient. Garage Door Doctor is definitely our new company of choice for any work to be done our garage door!

PJ and Kyle got to work right away assessing my old wooden garage door. In conversing with them, I happened to tell them the opener actually stopped working a few months ago expecting them to quote me a price on troubleshooting the problem. They went above and beyond and took the opener apart to check for issues even though it wasn't covered in the voucher. They found the main board on the opener was fried. Instead of changing the rollers on my old door and saying "see ya!", they were honest and said they could keep a credit on my account that I can use towards the purchase of a whole new setup and quoted me a great estimate.

Got to our beach house only to discover our garage door would not open, the motor went out. We were only planning on being there for the weekend and needed repairs fast. We called one company who said they would not be able to get to it for at least a week. We then called Garage door doctor and PJ said he would be able to get to it on Monday. Since we were leaving on monday we were worried it would not work out. Low and behold he was there right on time first thing Monday morning right when he said he would. he looked over everything and told us we needed a new motor and replacement of some hardware. After we agreed on a price for the motor and labor he got right to work. He installed new hardware and put the motor on. He did a great job and even took the time to re-code our old garage door openers in case we needed them for backups. Can't believe how quiet the new motor is, huge difference from our old one. He was very professional and answered all our questions. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. We even managed to get back home with only a few hours delay!!!
