Fresh Coat Painting

He (Victor - owner) painted our house and shutters, he agreed to put the shutters on the other location. He finish the house without the shutters and just left and not put the shutters back. We call them and he promised to come back but he did not come.

We were pleased at the rapid response to our bid request and the first day of the job went well. Unfortunately, it was downhill after that. The workers did not cover our belongings and did not use a sufficient amount of spray when removing the popcorn. Our house and everything in it was covered in dust. We were not told about a broken wine glass. it was put back in the rack with the sharp broken pieces facing inward so we wouldn't notice. The paint job on the walls was uneven, areas were left unpainted and the molding is streaked. The bed was not moved out and the only areas painted were those that could be readily seen. The molding has areas totally missed and the paint on the molding got on the walls.[no taping was done] One room was painted the wrong color. I complained to the owner and he sent over one of the workers to fix things. We gave him a list, and he left within an hour without completing the repairs. We called and texted the owner multiple times over the past month, just asking him to please come by and let us know if he felt the job was done correctly. He refused and said he spent enough time on our project. Unfortunately he was paid before we saw all the flaws. So, now we still have a paint job that we'll probably end up fixing ourselves.
