I really appreciated how thorough and professional Phil was. He was punctual, easy to work with, and explained the issues in an easy-to-understand way. I reached out to him and within 5 days he came out to the property, and we had the report within 2 hours of the inspection completing. As an engineer and DIY-handyman, I have high expectations for home inspectors, and Phil did not disappoint. I will be recommending him and reaching out to him again in the future for any inspection work.

Phil is professional and knows his business. He was on time for the inspection, explained what he was going to do in carrying out the inspection. He did The job in the time allotted and I got my report back in record time I would use his service again if I needed to and I recommend his work to anyone requiring inspections done.
