Description of Work: They cut holes in the limestone in the kitchen , inside the kitchen, causing fine dust to go all over the house . Spent 17 hours cleaning this mess up. Also left dust in the driveway and didn't clean it up . It took 13 months to come back and fill in the seams . Salesman sold me on limestone but it is NOT for kitchens, I have water marks from glasses and other stains that won't come up. Very disappointed to spend $7000 on counter tops that look terrible.

 + 0 moreThey were awful. They were to start installing on Christmas, December of 2013, its still not complete. Its done with now. They messed up on our doors. It took forever. They had to repaint some stuff and the color doesn't match. They were supposed to come back and fix it, they just quit contacting me. They correct my countertops and tried to fix it but they didn't tell me. They're unreliable, they don't call you back and I couldn't get a hold of anybody. Nobody would call me back and their quality of work is awful.

 + -1 moreI filed a case in small claims court but, it was dismissed because of the arbitration clause. Emerald Coast has an arbitration clause in their contract. I filed arbitration but Emerald Coast refused to pay their amount. I could either pay all fees and risk not being able to collect or drop the case. I chose to drop the case instead of throwing good money after bad. I have learned do not sign a contract of any kind without an attorney. And as my attorney said, do not sign a contract with an arbitration clause. You can not collect!
Description of Work: Installed granite that looked fine until later. White marks appeared on granite that night. Sent someone over to use alcohol to remove silicone instead installer used a grinder to get white marks out. The grinding further damaged the finish of the counter top. Wendy at Emerald Coast is trying to extort $250.00 from me to come in and use a wire wheel on the granite in my house. I have asked that the granite be removed and taken to the shop to have this done. They refuse to talk to me and still insist to my contractor that I pay the $250.00 and have this done in my home. I feel this is a health risk to me and my dogs and could potentially damage my home further. They did not put the antique finish on the counter top but said they have practiced in their shop and can do it.
