+ -1 moreExperienced AC system loss of cooliing. Called to schedule appointment, was met at home prior to appointment time. As I have HVAC experience, I explained the problem in detail and gave him system history...and he actually listened. He performed the services I asked promptly and it gave me a chance to find out a little more about the company since this was the first time using them. When we were done, I asked him to quote me a specific system and he phoned it in ..and I am still awaiting his quote. Really quite good service and very professional about responding to my inquiries on the company. Would use again if needed...
Description of Work: Called Bruce's HVAC service at approximately 8am for same day service on refrigerant loss in HVAC system, made appointment for 11am, service met me at the door around 10:50. We discussed the problem with the technician and then showed him the equipment and conditions, and relayed the history of the problem. System diagnosed from history, then put a set of HVAC gauges on the system and showed me the readings, both agreed concerning loss of refrigerant...then he showed me about how much was needed from the gauge readings...he estimated about 1.5 lbs of refrigerant...then put in about 1.5 lbs from the scale. System returned to normal operation..
