+ -1 moreBrett arrived on time, professionally dressed. He was very courteous and likable. He invited any and all questions we had, and welcomed us to follow him up into the attic and look over his shoulder as he was inspecting various aspects of the home. He was extremely thorough, looking beyond the obvious disrepair of the home to locate the roots of the problem. This will be our fourth real estate purchase, therefore our fourth home inspection. This has been the most useful home inspection we have ever had, by far. The knowledge, courtesy and thoroughness of the inspector were unbeatable.
Description of Work: Our real estate agent recommended Beach to Bayou for a home inspection. The home we are purchasing is a foreclosure, therefore is in great disrepair. We wanted a home inspection to help us decide if this is something we want to get ourselves into or not. Brett inspected the property from foundation to roof top, including plumbing, electrical and structural. He also provided us with a written report, emailed the following day. It was well written and easy to understand.
