Everything went fine. Had a couple of leaks, they came right out and fixed them

There sales-rep knew his business; however, the description of what is being installed left some minor questions during the actual install. The wife was disappointed in having a filter under the kitchen sink, even though it was agreed upon. and the outside tanks were not buried as deep as was described during the sales pitch. However, we are completely happen with the results of our full-house water filtering/soften system.

Marc was awesome and didn't over sell something. Once the guy came to install he was fast after we were able to locate the water main. Seems like a quality product. Would recommend to anyone for their water needs.

I met with Marc to discuss his product. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasant guy. The installer Kris was bery nice and did a great jos with installation.

The salesman and installation techs were excellent. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. Talked about different options and I chose to go with the just the water filtration system. The installation was smooth. I was concerned about it being an eyesore to my neighbors but the system is actually no bigger than the hose boxes. Also chose the annual maintenance agreement so they will come and inspect the system as well as change the charcoal.

Technicians were super nice. Installation was excellent. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable. I would be happy to recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors.

Service and installation was excellent. Technicians Were polite and helpful. Very willing to answer questions and give understandable answers. Only time will tell about quality of system, but it does have a 10 year warranty. I would recommend to others.
