Everything went fine. Had a couple of leaks, they came right out and fixed them

There sales-rep knew his business; however, the description of what is being installed left some minor questions during the actual install. The wife was disappointed in having a filter under the kitchen sink, even though it was agreed upon. and the outside tanks were not buried as deep as was described during the sales pitch. However, we are completely happen with the results of our full-house water filtering/soften system.

Marc was awesome and didn't over sell something. Once the guy came to install he was fast after we were able to locate the water main. Seems like a quality product. Would recommend to anyone for their water needs.

Nice company and did a good job

I called them after it was recommended through home advisor, they set an appointment up for last Friday between 1-3 pm no call and a no show. I have left several messages for them with no return call. In my opinion they are not a reputable company and very poor customer service !!!

quick and efficient installation, with no problems

Aqua Pro was responsive, they sent someone out the next day. The service man was very polite and took the time to explain the problem. He quickly fixed the problem and was on his way!

I met with Marc to discuss his product. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasant guy. The installer Kris was bery nice and did a great jos with installation.

He is ordering filters for my water system.
