Description of Work: I sent an email, and a company representative (Mr. Markin) quickly visited. He inspected the inside of the home, and said he would return with a ladder to check the outside of the roof. Representative mentioned the company is very busy, would not be until next week...that was one month ago. No use calling this company if they are too busy to check for leaks, let alone complete the repairs.
