Description of Work: I called about 3 months ago for an estimate on replacing a sewer drain. The plumber came out one day but could not complete the estimate. He said he would call when he completed it. Three months later still no call. I have called them at least 5 times and they do not respond. They used my review from Angies list on their website but now I cannot even get common courtesy out of them. I have also emailed them with no response.

+ -1 moreThey are amazing. We use them all the time for our plumbing. They get there exactly when they say they are going to get there. We have our home in town for thirty five years. They are very good. They do everything they say they are going to do. They never do more, if they find something wrong and if it's a minor fix, they tell us it's a minor fix. They never call and say it was major one so they are very honest. They do a lot of plumbing for us while we are up here, we just tell them to go fix it, they go fix it and just send us the bill. For all the service calls it was $300. I highly recommend Palmetto Plumbing, they are very honest and that is the main thing. We thought one time we had a major problem with our dishwasher but it was something very minor, it was a $5 fix. Somebody else could have taken advantage. As long as we've had our home there which is thirty three years, they've been there. Anytime I have an issue I will pop on Palmetto Plumbing.
Description of Work: We used Palmetto Plumbing Inc to take a garbage disposal out and re-pipe underneath the sink. He did the inspection after the water pipe broke that did the flooding of the walls as well as the floor and he repaired all that. We had a leak in one of the guest bathrooms which he fixed.

Description of Work: I was given this company's name by a man at Lowes. I had been ripped off by Aqua Plumbing and needed someone to rectify the work they had done. They had quick appointment times and were more than understanding and willing to help me. The plumber was prompt, professional, and courteous. Their prices were very reasonable, and much less than Aqua Plumbing. I highly recommend palmetto plumbing. I will be using them again.
