Description of Work: He repaired an area of my floor. I watched as he worked and was amazed at the high quality of work. I was expecting a large bill, but he charges $20.00 for the first hour and $5.00 per 15 minutes, thereafter. Lawrence also does pressure washing. He is well aware of the correct pressure for cleaning and does NOT strip the paint off the aluminum siding. Please let any members in the Manatee County area know of the wonderful service Lawrence provides.
